Do you like to keep in shape? Why not treat yourself with a personal trainer while you're here?

We have been so lucky to get in contact with the personal trainer and model Gregory Capra. He and his company has personal trainers in the area, and you can request one during your stay. There are gyms nearby where you can buy visitor's pass. Here's a brief introduction of him. See our links page for his web adress.

Gregory CAPRA - Personal Trainer. As a boy, Gregory practiced various sports during his school years, and also while taking his 3 years' degree in Physical Activity and Sport Science and Technology (STAPS): soccer, athletics, motocross, judo, sailing, rock-climbing and so on. For the last three years or so, he has entirely dedicated his time to workout and race with an aesthetic end in mind, but also in order to build up a healthy, strong and robust body, reaching at the same time an amazing psychological well-being. His aim is to give the people he coaches technical and nutritional advice along with the necessary motivation to achieve success. Not only a sporty and energetic man, Greg is dedicated to everything he undertakes, therefore highly motivated and determined! He is also a true perfectionist who will help his clients to perform their different tasks and exercises so that their results would be the best possible. As an open-minded man, Greg can easily adjust to different personalities, sport levels and profiles. Gregory CAPRA can provide you face to face personal training during your holidays on the French Riviera or online advice when you'll be back home.

Excursions

During your stay we can offer you some excursions in the district. We can take up to 6 persons in our Ford Galaxy. The prices mentioned below is for the excursion service and does not include lunch, boat tickets (to St Tropez) or entrance fees (Villa Ephrussi de Rotschild/Villa Grecque Kérylos). You are advised to book the excursions minimum two days in advance.

Breakfast

The breakfast is not included in the room price. But most of our guests still like to start the day with the breakfast we are offering.

We put our pride in the breakfast buffet. It's not the normal "petit déjeuner" you get in France with only baguette, croissant, jam and coffee. We have a rich and varied buffet with ceral bread, cerals and corn flakes, ham, salami, eggs, tomatos, fresh fruit and yoghurt (Yoplait). Of course we have croissants and jam as well. And for drinks we can offer you coffee or tea of your choice, pure orange- and grapefruit juice (Tropicana) and fresh milk. Hot chocolate is also possible. Once in a while we also add some pastry or warm waffels (which you bake yourself). And the breakfast is served between 9 and 10 o'clock.

Major renovation finished

In 2006 the hotel went through a considerable renovation. The entire façade is now painted, and the balustrade is back in its original white condition. All rooms have a new shelf where all the accessories to the room are placed, and we have increased the number of electric outlets for your convenience. Two of the bathrooms have gone through a total refurbishing, with new tiles, “walk in” rain shower, towel drier, basin and toilet. The rooms have also a mini bar with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. All the rooms are now equipped with bath-robes of high quality. Of course all the beds, linen and towels are of the highest quality: Springwall (developed by chiropractors) and Lexington. In the reception area we have a computer you can use for free to check e-mails or just surf on the Internet if you like.

The swimming pool has a comfortable temperature of 27°C. During the high season you can enjoy the self service fridge in the grill house to cool off during your tanning session. We continue our successful BBQ evenings once a week where you can get to know the other guests at the hotel. If you would like a guided tour of the area, we can propose a few sight seeing tours for up to 6 people in our comfortable Ford Galaxy. Ask us for details. And our neighbour, the charming Christian Bermond, who is also a certified osteopath, can offer you a one hour relaxing massage for just 50 € in your room (or maybe you want it on your terrace?).
